As one would expect, the Onyx Court of Las Vegas is perplexing and more than a little shrouded in mystery. Their most recent, official territory is in Whitney, an impoverished, crime ridden sector. They advertise the smallest territory. Longstanding allies with the Autumn Court, it is assumed that Winter practices are just as old and entrenched within the Freehold. The monarch has been known to speak Diné, and maintains an accord with the surrounding reservations outside of the city.
Their function is publicly recognized as a humble one, always at the mercy of burying the tracks of the wheel. The Las Vegas Freehold is largely considered an oasis, and the temptation to reap its true potential within the confines of impenetrable wards is forever deadlocked with the quiet threat of a knocked arrow.
The Knights of the Onyx Court are unlisted, their membership only known to those deeply involved in their politics. Winter carries the focus of grace through reflection, processing grief, and keeping vigil over sacred experience. The life of a Lost heralds many cryptic moments of insight, some of which the individual may not be worthy or ready to behold.

The Renegade: King NohoilpiNohoilpi is not so much a figurehead, as a part of the landscape itself. Only a handful of instances are recorded in oral tradition of witnessing Vegas' Winter monarch, though the Crown and Oath holds nonetheless. The Silent Arrow has been allied with the Leaden Mirror since the founding of the Freehold, and the secrets and safety of its citizens hold a near perfect record, citing incredible foresight and discipline among the court's ranks.

Officers of Winter
The Knights of the Onyx Court are only known to those involved in their internal politics. Their official base of operations is supposedly Whitney. Winter carries the focus of grace through reflection, processing grief, and keeping vigil over sacred experience. The life of a Lost heralds many cryptic moments of insight, some of which the individual may not be worthy or ready to behold. Publicly known officers include: Roger - Sun BanisherA Sun Banisher destroys evidence. They burn notes, wipe hard drives, vacuum stray hairs and wreck DNA evidence to cover the tracks of Lost activity. Due to their public duty, they are open about their services to Freehold members outside their court. Roger is known as a licensed PI with heavy connections with local law enforcement (and likely beyond). The Ogre's reputation is described as surly, often having little tolerance for...most social interactions. Despite being a Gravewight, it is advised not to request his Kith's abilities for personal gain.

Fawkes - Sun BanisherFawkes is an Elemental with more repute that his court would prefer. An active underworld participant, he is a known sicario and "cleaner" with the mundane of Las Vegas. However, he does not extend this darker service to the Freehold, and has made more than one public display of those rude enough to ask.
