The information gained during Mabon should be submitted to the Crown.
Your opinion on this decision is requested.

Lucas contemplated his response for sometime before going with a response that was short and to the point. The less information he put into the response the less there would be for the others to decipher.
His response read as the following:
Mordecai,
My vote is that we hold off reporting at this time. It would be better to further investigate the connection and have a complete report rather than submit a report that creates more questions than it provides answers. Furthermore, Golden Boy is under considerable duress at this time. He is highly skilled at reading others. If we question him with the belief that he is already guilty or that we are hiding something from him--such as we have already spoken with the Monarch--he will pick up on it which will cause him to close off and be on edge.
It is important that we of the Silent Arrow gather information before passing judgment. If we pass our findings along to our Monarch at this juncture, we are passing judgment from a place of speculation. At the very least, we should speak with his Knight, who is also my Knight, Sedna first. We would be doing her a disservice to speculate about her vassal with our Monarch before speaking with her first.

Mordecai,
I'm kind of nervous whether He knows already and this is a thought experiment. But what else is new? If the team confirmed the kid's family are hunters, I think it needs to be flagged with the OG before something pops off to make the situation worse.
I don't see GB helping us get more information on his sibling, and given his history, I wouldn't be surprised if he was compelled to interfere.
Careful.

The written response comes:
Mordecai,
I believe the King of Winter should be told what has been learned so far. The Season does not choose for its scions people with poor judgement, and so it falls to us to trust in King Nohoilpi's wisdom in this matter. Trust really is the thing this is really about: in these trying times, that is something we need an abundance of. Secrecy has its place, the Onyx Court knows that better than anyone. But there comes a time when the desire to keep a secret damages the coherence of a unit, and hinders chances of survival rather than helps them.
That is, assuming it is a secret at all. King Nohoilpi certainly has many sources on the nature of which we can only speculate.

Nott didn't want the kid to be strung up over blood connections and familial bonds, but she erred that burying it would only serve to make his situation more chaotic. Too many variables—what if someone tattled anyway? How would the King react if it looked like Golden Boy was trying to hide something dangerous to the community? He likely didn't even know they knew, and the longer they sat on it, the window of ignorance was starting to shut. The letter was drafted in favour of handling it delicately, where she wasn't looking to send malice into the universe.
She hoped it would be taken care of, so everyone could get on with their lives without looking over their shoulders.
