Take a centering breath.
Let it flow into your chest. Feel it entering, cool and calm. Notice the stretching of your alveoli as your lungs are filled. Hold it for eight seconds. Let your mind wander to whatever is on it, and imagine whatever is on your mind entering your lungs.
Breathe it all out. The feelings, the stress, the anger or sadness or fear or lust -- whatever it is that preoccupies you, whatever it is that troubles you or digs at you -- just push it out.
You can uncork the bottle here. You can let it out here. You can just be yourself here. There's nothing you have to hide, nobody judging you for feeling like you do. You can talk, or cry, or rage, or even say nothing at all. The only thing that you need to do here is feel.
Isn't it a relief? To just let yourself be who you are and accept yourself as you are, right this second? Just breathe. Bring all those emotions to the forefront of your mind, and breathe them out
push out
until there's nothing left --
