Upon review of Hidden Reality, Smudge has been accidentally using the Wizened bonus, which manifests objects rather than creating "imagined features."
As it does not change the narrative, I am not bothering to retcon anything.
For the sake of consistency, moving forward understand that the Royal Contract allows you to do something like peel wallpaper, flip a switch, or move a bookshelf to reveal a hidden doorway/stairwell/window etc.
The Wizened bonus allows an extra Glamour spend to do something like pull a gun from the drawer.

The secretary smiles mildly at the janitor, unaware of the terrifying shifting that had taken place beyond the veil of glamour. "I'll pass that along," she chuckled, "Señor Vásquez's office? Alas, he keeps it locked. Too many personal files of his clients. He should be back in an hour, but he books his own cleanings, you see." She shrugs, not wanting to imply anything with the temp worker.

The reflection ripples with the touch of the Darkling, revealing the man who had paid his bookseller a visit earlier today. A woman of dark complexion sat across from him, weathered with some greys beginning to peak through her curly black hair. Thank God, she didn't appear to speak Spanish, allowing for Smudge to listen in. She spoke openly about the drug trade, asking how the Rose Water was taking to the market, and seeming pleased with the high addiction rate and low instances of...overdose?
Vásquez described a handful of buyers, and one of the Halcones being hospitalized after his sudden rapid onset of depression. He seemed disturbed, the man describing that he was numb to the world and unmotivated to continue on like that. The woman offered to get the girlfriend flowers, seeing as she worked in the office. It was the respectful thing to do.
Vásquez brought up another operation that had seemingly copied the drug compound, out of an industrial warehouse. The newer gang had recently raided a weapons cache, and were holed up not only with a stolen product, but guarded with the cartel's own guns. He indicated the location on the computer screen, though the woman seemed unfazed. She asked for patience before retaliation, as things were prepared - they didn't want to set off the Crips again so soon. The way he deferred to her was unusual, with her lackadaisical attitude towards the criminal empire's plight.
